Welcome to our Holiday home… I’m sharing a glimpse of some of my favorite decorated spaces in our home. This year I wanted a rich, chic, classic vibe with lots of greenery and twinkle lights. The color scheme I selected was a combination of rich brown, butternut, black and dark green tartan plaid. I popped in some creamy white to finish of the rich color pallet. Great Room

With an open floor plan I really like to keep things as cohesive as possible. Keeping the colors and decor low key and just spotlighting a few areas helps from things lookin and feeling too cluttered.

 

 

Fireplace

I usually start by highlighting our mantel and fireplace decor. This is usually where the theme begins, then I work off the rest of the decor from there.

 

 

Christmas Tree

Entryway/Foyer

Next I coordinate the look of our foyer console area to tie in the rest of the space. I decorated the mirror to mimic the look of the mantel.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Stairway

 

I kept the stair garland very simple and just added lights and some ribbon to tie in with the color scheme. On the stair landing I added a sparse tree and decorated it with the color scheme of handmade ornaments. Bedroom
