How To Make Delicious S’mores On Your Smoker Grill

Here is a fun new spin on s’mores….. Who doesn’t love a gooey s’more treat right? I love this recipe idea and it’s perfect for outdoor grilling, or tailgate treats, no fire required. I wish blogs had a scratch and sniff because these treats smell heavenly. Let me share the details with you and be sure to try this recipe out, it’s the best!

I love a good s’more, but sometimes it’s not always practical if you don’t have a fire or open flame to make them. However, smoker grill to the rescue. This delish take on an old fashioned s’more might change you forever!

Recipe and Ingredients:

  • Waffle cones
  • crushed graham cracker crumbs
  • mini marshmallows
  • chocolate chips (we used Gheradelli dark chocolate)
  • Butterscotch or Peanut butter chips

For entertaining you can put together a cute little board with all kinds of topping ideas. Kids might even like to add some candle bits. I think toffee and other candy would be delicious.

First

start by adding the marshmallows to the bottom of the cone. Then layer in your other ingredients, chocolate, graham crumbs. Finally add one more layer  to fill the cone.

Second

Place your cones in a popper rack. You could also wrap them in foil I would think. Smoke on 300 degree temp fo about 4-6 minutes, until all the goodies are melted and gooey.

Third

Let cool a little and serve immediately while everything is still warm and gooey. This is also when you could add the additional candies if desired.

Enjoy!!

Can you believe how easy that was. I’m telling you once you try these you’ll be hooked. It’s a fun crowd please idea and would definitely be a hit at your next tailgate party.
