Creating a beautiful tablescape for Fall events and Thanksgiving doesn’t have to be difficult. This look is so easy to create and only takes a few items to assemble. The mix of textures and layers gives it a cozy, relaxing vibe.
I have a few elements I always use when I design a table. It helps to have a plan in place so you can be sure you have everything you need. I always start with a color scheme and theme, which helps tremendously when styling a table for any event.
Place settings
I found these gorgeous leather charger plates at Hobby Lobby and couldn’t wait to use them on a Fall tablescape. I think they will be so versatile. I also got the plaid hand-painted plates and accent plates there as well. I love to mix patterns to create visual interest. As long as you stay in the same color pallet, you can mix a few patterns together easily.
I added these pretty printed napkins and embossed accent plates to give more character to the whole look. For the final touch I placed these super cute pumpkin bowls . This would be a greate place setting for a soup and salad dinner party as well.
Centerpiece
I started with a textured runner down the middle of the table and topped it with a gorgeous wood board. Then I added this pretty pumpkin stack and tucked in a variety of leaves to add more color and fill in any gaps. I always add some type of candles to give ambiance to the atmosphere.

I was wondering what tablescape ideas you have for Thanksgiving when you’re hosting a large gathering. We have 24 and in the past we’ve been able to create one big table by combining tables, but 24 just won’t work in the space. So, 2 tables, and those will be tight.
Thanks!
