Packing for a vacation can be so overwhelming. I waned to share some tips for packing smart and having options with your outfits. The number one key is to pack one item that can be restyled and changed a few different ways. Then, you can create multiple looks with fewer items. Select a color pallet of 3-4 colors and stick to it. I usually start with 2. neutral colors like black or white. Then I add a few colors. For this trip I added Olive and khaki to combine several outfit options.
A t-shirt dress is a great basic staple and takes up very little space. They can be worn with tennis shoes or flat casual sandals , a fun hat a denim jacket. Then you can add a heel, scarf, dressy accessories and have a great dinner outfit or dressier office look. This dress comes in several color options

Bring basic accessories like a scarf to use as multipurpose style. You can tie scarves in your hair, around your neck, use as a belt or as a wrap to keep warm in a chilly climate or on the plane. When bringing jewelry, e sure to bring items that will coordinate with several outfits
This jumpsuit is seriously like wearing pajamas. It is so soft and comfortable and can be used in so many different ways. Wear it on the plane with a flat sandal or sneaker, add a scarf and a crossbody purse and baseball hat. For evening, dress it up with a wedge heel, wear off the shoulder and add some dressier accessories.

Know the climate and weather conditions wherever you are going and bring items to layer. Stick with basics like t-shirts, tank tops and various weight cardigans or sweaters to layer items and remove as needed.
By far I think this item is one everyone should have in their wardrobe. It’s the perfect outfit item year round if you get a nice weight. It can look casual with a pair of jeans and dressed up with a skirt or skinny jean and dressy top. Here I have it mixed with a variety of items to function as a jacket and part of the outfit as a whole

Basic White Top
A classic white top is also a wardrobe essential and perfect for travel. This white top is so good you don’t even need to iron it! You can dress it up with a skinny jean or dress it down with a casual jean and classic scarf. It can also be layered under a blazer or leather jacket for an evening look. Just change up the accessories a little and it’s a whole new look.

I always have to remember I never wear the majority of items when I bring a scattering of stuff “just in case” make plans for the outfits and be sure several items can be used in other ways.
