Festive Easter vibes coming your way…This super simple wreath is the perfect touch of Spring cuteness for your home and so easy to make. I’ve shared several wreath ideas but this one is so unique. Here are a few other ideas I’ve shared Simply Beautiful Spring Wreath Ideas, How To Create This Anthro Dupe Spring Wreath. Come check out the how to details…
Here are the supplies you’ll need:
- Grapevine wreath (size of your choice) mine is from Hobby Lobby
- Coiled grapevine with or without wire
- Greenery of your choice. I found a delicate paper ivy and a few light and airy stems from Hobby Lobby
- Glue Gun
- Wire if you need to anchor the items to the grapevine
Step 1
I used a wired type of grapevine I found a few years ago. But you could easily use and grapevine strand. You may have to wet it to get it to bend. Just play with it a little to see what’s easiest for you to shape it. Determine the size you want the ears and create 2 oblong loops and wire at the base to secure.
Step 2
To attach the ears, I separated the wreath at the place I wanted to place the ears and inserted the base of the ears into the wreath section I separated. I just shoved them down in and added a dab of hot glue to adhere and stabilize them.
Step 3
Once the bunny shape has been made, it’s time to add your greenery. I wrapped the paper garland around the ears first. The tucked in pieces of the Ivy, some strands of paper flower stems and this berry looking cluster to create a delicate arrangement at the top. You can also add more around the whole wreath if you want. I wanted this to have a light, airy vibe to it and be able to see the grapevine. texture more.
See, I told you super easy and sweet !
I love the simplicity of it and the little chic vibe it adds to our every day decor accents.
