Woohoo it’s grillin’ season!! Outside cooking and dining is my favorite food season. I love that we can all be together to enjoy the outdoors while cooking and eating. We do almost every meal on our grill during the summer. Secretly I love that the kitchen stays super clean too. Today I’m sharing 2 of our most favorite and simple grill recipes. You’ll definitely want to try these and share with your friends and family. The pizzas are a hit with everyone who comes to summer dine here at the lake.

 

 

Favorite Meal #1

Homemade pizzas

 

 

We’ve been making grilled pizzas for so many years and they are always a favorite around here. It’s always requested by family and friends when they come to hang at the lake.

 

 

What we love is that everyone can make their own and top with favorite toppings and flavors.  We start by letting everyone roll our their own dough and bring to the grill.

 

 

Then we have them select the toppings and bring them out to place on the grilling pizza crusts. I like to arrange a big plate with a variety of toppings and ingredients.

 

 

Once one side it cooked, the sauce and toppings are added.

Favorite Meal #2

Grilled Poblano Peppers

 

 

Just thinking about making these stuffed peppers makes my mouth water! The flavors are so delish and they are super easy to make. I think they are pretty too!

 

 

The unique combination of ingredients and the special sauce makes this an all time favorite of our family.
