Happy Spring, yay it’s finally here! How is Easter almost here already? Even if we only have 2 of us, I love to set a fresh, cheerful Easter table. For me it signals a transition and rebirth of decor and style. A fun way to get creative with your table settings is with a unique napkin fold. I like to do something unexpected and different then the typical napkin by the plate. In this post I’m sharing some of my favorite spring napkin ideas.
Nest & Egg
For this tablescape I went with a neutral black and white theme mixing various patterns of check. For a pop of spring color, I pulled the cornered napkin through a miniature wreath. Then I set a faux get down in the wreath to give it a nestled birds egg look. You can see more table inspo here Easter Table Inspiration & Ideas Part 2
Rosette Flower
This napkin is so pretty and I’ve used this look for many tables. All you do is fold your napkin into a triangle. Then starting at the long side roll it up tightly. Next just wrap the long rolled napkin around your fingers like a cinnamon roll and tuck the corner under or leave it open like the above photo. I created a flower napkin for this pretty Chanel inspired tablescape for a tea.
Here’s another ideas with them tucked into a bowl with a vintage letter and a faux tulip
Bunny Ears
This is another easy one. First, fold your napkin into a triangle. Then roll the napkin starting at the long end to create a long tube. Next wrap the napkin around an egg and tie at the top to fasten and create the ears. I love how cute they look standing in front of the plate. Hi Cynthia,
Glad you enjoyed it. I got the plates at Pier 1 imports a few years ago. However, Hobby Lobby had some almost identical this year.
Thanks
