Early Fall Tablescape Inspiration
Hello September, I’m so happy you are here. I’m always sad to see summer go but I really do love every season just the same. I’m always excited to welcome that change and it always seems to come at just the right time, know what I mean? So to get your a creative Fall vibes on, I’m sharing a fun and simple seasonal table idea. You can also pull from this idea for your general decor using the color scheme or centerpiece ideas somewhere else. Here are the details… Oh and you can visit this post for last years fall tablescapes … Fall Tablescape Inspiration
I’m really enjoying the mustard and soft rusty shades with natural wheat tones this year. So I came up with this fun combination. But don’t worry, if this isn’t your jam there will be many more table setting ideas throughout the season…
Place Settings
I love to layer several pieces when I’m creating place settings and this one is no different. I started with my everyday round straw place mats. If you don’t have a basic place mat like these, I highly recommend them. I use them all season long and have done so many things with them.
Next, I added a simple burlap charger to give a mix of textures but still keep it neutral and give a nice backdrop for the plate. The dinner plate then went on top of the charger. The set up of the napkins is what made this look so fun. I wanted them to mimic a wheat bundle in the way they are shaped.
So, I took my new mustard napkins and placed a straw napkin ring around them. Then I tucked in a few pretty fall picks. I love how these look natural and pick up the tones of the look I was going for. I also shared some simple pine cone napkin rings. You can go to this post to see how I made them Fall Tablescape Inspiration
Centerpiece
For the centerpiece, I used some pretty amber bottles to anchor some beautiful fall foliage- leaves, sunflowers and hydrangeas fill the space with various shades of amber, mustard and wheat. Then for a little pop, I added some creamy white pumpkins in various sizes.
Then, I anchored the whole look with some beautiful wheat bundles to add height and more texture to the flowers and pumpkins.
So there you have it, a little inspo to get your fall vibes going and hopefully a little excited for the approaching Autumn season. Coming up soon I’ll have a post on a pretty wheat hanging you can easily make and then a Fall home decor tour of my home. I’ve gone with a French Country feel for my decor incorporating that warm cozy feel and I’m loving how it’s all coming together.

Love your style and your pretty tablescape. The link to your products goes right to pinterest. Unsure how to find your sources? Thx!!
Hi Michelle,
How frustrating sorry. I’m not sure why this is happening because the link works great in my file and on my Liketoknowit app. There are a few that are working so which items do you need a link to? Here’s the one for the mustard napkins

I’ve contacted Rewardstyle help to see if they can fix the problem. ALso, if you get the Like to Know it app (it’s free) and follow me there, I have all the sources to most of my styled photos on Instagram . Let me know which products you need and I’ll get the sources for you.
Thanks
Deborah

I was wondering where you got your pumpkins?
The links are going to Pinterest.
Hi Pam,
There was a weird issue with my link program but it is fixed now. All the pumpkins are from various stores. I found most of them at Hobby Lobby or Michaels and a few at local boutiques over the years. I have seen several varieties in our local Hobby Lobby this year.
Thanks for following along and hope you’ll come back again.
