It’s been a while since I’ve posted and life has been busy and along with it the arrival of another phase in life requiring adjustments and change. With that being said, I’m ready to start a new adventure and I hope this blog will be a great way to record my experiences and share them with those who are like minded. I’m in the process of designing a new blog and with it comes the hope for endless and imaginable opportunity. I plan to share things I’ve been doing the past few years, decorating successes and failures, outfit ideas, fun parties and my vacation of a lifetime last summer to Europe…..
I love Easter time and knowing that Spring has arrived and summer is just around the corner. It also brings the feeling of newness(much more so for me than New Years!) Decorating for spring is such a nice change from the heavy Christmas décor and makes the house feel lighter and brighter.
I always change my foyer table seasonally
#1 cause I get bored easily
#2 It’s a great way to greet guests
I love this little faux chocolate Easter bunny. Everyone always asks if it’s real. I purchased it years ago from Laurie Annas Vintage home.
I bought this great terrarium at Hobby Lobby and just added some artificial grass & blue mini eggs to bring out the color of the terrarium.
These are my favorite fabric Easter eggs I purchased at Laurie Anna’s
I used modge podge to cover fake eggs with French newspaper that I brought home from Paris
More of my favorite vignettes
This is the centerpiece on my kitchen table. It’s just an old wooden bread bowl with natural grass and crackled ceramic bunnies along with a cabbage made from script paper.
