This table scape is simple, elegant and a little masculine with a very unexpected addition. Many times people tell me the hardest part is what to do in the middle of the table. Place settings

I always like to start with a color scheme for my tables. In this case I knew I wanted to use these gorgeous napkins I recently found. However I also wanted a little more masculine look. I found some gorgeous leather chargers and napkin rings at my local Hobby Lobby and they were just the touch I had in mind. I’ve linked some similar one further in the post. 

I started with the charger, added our every day dinner plates and layered on a fun accent plate (also from Hobby Lobby) any style of appetizer or salad plate would work. 

Centerpiece

So, for the middle of the table I started with a jute runner, then placed 3 large leaf stems down the center. Be sure to arrange the leaves around as needed pulling upward to give them dimension. Then I just tucked in a few battery operated candles. 

What makes this table so pretty is the decor above the table. I wrapped a small strand of grapevine around the chandelier then hung some pod stems directly on the chandelier arms. I bent the stems to create a little hook to just hang downward. The key is to create a very organic natural vibe.
